Snow Day!

Got to love snow days! It just makes me laugh at how little snow it takes to shut things down around here. I wonder what they would do in a REAL snowstorm! I can't complain though, Ryan got the day off and Kiera got to use her snow pants and boots that she got for Christmas. She has only worn them once before, that was on Christmas Day in Utah, "The greatest snow on Earth"!

We thank thee O God for a Prophet! A man of faith, humor, love, knowledge, wisdom... Can you imagine what is going on in Heaven?! May the the Lord bless his family with peace and comfort! "Till we meet again at Jesus feet"!

PONYTAIL! I was so excited today when I finally got all of her hair into one ponytail. She looked so cute!

Imaginations Run Wild!

Imaginations run wild in our home. Yesterday was a picture perfect day. It started when Ryan and Kiera had been in the computer room doing who knows what?! Then Ryan came out into the living room with the camera and told Kiera to come find mommy. So here she comes down the hall and this is what I saw!

She became quite the little performer after that!

Science Museum in Oklahoma City

On Saturday we went to the Science Museum in Oklahoma City. It was fun to get out and do something as a family. Kiera was overwhelmed with joy when she first saw the large globe of the Earth. While we were standing in the ticket line she kept saying "ball!" And holding out her hands so she could hold it. Then she started to get so upset because she couldn't have it. We finally made it to the front of the line and got our tickets. Finally, we made it up close to the "ball".

The next picture is of the tall, swirly slide. I wasn't so sure how Kiera would like it because it is so tall. But she came down with a smile on her face (which you can't see) and wanted to go again. Of course mom and dad had to carry her up all those stairs!

Kiera loved flying the air plane! I wonder where she got that from?!

The last picture is of Ryan looking at, yes, ENGINES!

So last night when Ryan got home I told him that I started us a blog. His reply, "Please tell me you didn't? We are not bloggers!" I said, "Now we are!"
